چکیده
Introduction: Korea Institute Radiological Medical Sciences operates an emergency medical response system in case of a radiological accident or disaster. A radiation disaster can affect large-scale patients and destroy infrastructure. However, there is currently lack specialized education for treating high-dose exposure patients. This study aimed to evaluate the efficiency mass casualty triage programs present new training method improve ability 119 teams event Method: The results events were analyzed using audience questionnaire paramedics who participated program. For 25 paramedics, pre-post evaluation was conducted on two items: understanding triage. data SPSS WIN 23.0 Results: Thirty simulated patient scenarios developed with addition clinical symptoms based four trauma classifications: immediate, urgent, delayed, death. 30 cases by evaluated, trainees asked respond level improvement their knowledge through pre- post-training questionnaires. As result post-education questionnaire, degree 3.8 before 4.4 after education, showing significant difference (p=.003/MAX=5). showed between 2.3 4.1 (p=.000/MAX=5). Conclusion: effective response, are required have repetitive program events. It especially important provide field application.
